MB Faber Limited provides high quality design services to blue chip clients across a variety of industries. Due to expansion in the CE&I division, we have permanent positions available for immediate start of Control, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers to lead design contracts within the Aerospace Sector.

Suitable candidates should have a proven ability to co-ordinate projects and ensure production of deliverables to quality, time and cost. Past experience on small to medium projects is preferred with suitable knowledge of

• Electrical & Electronic design
• AutoCAD
• Programmable Logic Controller Software
• MMI & SCADA Software and
• Electrical Standards

Attendance at design review/progress meetings with the client is necessary therefore effective communication skills are essential.

This is a hands-on role, which requires both design input and project management. An excellent knowledge of control, instrumentation and power up to 415 volt is required. The candidate shall be able to demonstrate past experience and knowledge in the preparation and approval of the following to Aerospace standards:
Preparation of documents including control system specifications, installation documents, system performance demonstration documents
Preparation of drawings including panel GA’s, mimic details, cable routing, panel schematics, BCD’s and instrument hook-ups.

2 to 5 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
